I came up with the idea for Tommy Atomic in 1996 and planned on making it my main comics project after ending my self-published Evil Twin mini-comics series in 1997. Those plans got sidelined when my illustration career started to pick up steam and the unexpected success of Action Philosophers but I still managed to produce about 100 pages of Tommy Atomic material via mini-comics and anthology short stories between 1998 and 2010. This is a the "best of" round-up of the comics from that period, plus two one-pagers featuring the characters that I drew in 2023 for My Bullshit.
